A Life Lived With Purpose
Gavin Schlarmann was more than a son — he was a force of warmth, laughter, and genuine care for the people around him. From an early age, Gavin was drawn to those who served others, and nowhere did that admiration shine brighter than in his connection to the Highland Fire Department.
He believed in community. He believed in showing up. And he believed that the bravest thing a person could do was dedicate their life to protecting others. This fund is our way of carrying that belief forward — in his name, in his honor, and in his spirit.
